The República Argentina has required standards for products that might contribute to electromagnetic interference in order to reduce the level of radio frequency (RF) interference between electronic devices. Any electronic device or piece of equipment that is sold in the República Argentina must not compromise the safety of the Argentinean public or interfere with other electronic products. The Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) is in charge of the development, enforcement and implementation of regulations that must be met by electronic devices.
The FCC ID or CE markings are not valid for importing and selling RF products in Argentina. Getting a CNC ID issued by ENACOM is mandatory. A certification process must be done by an Electronics or Telecommunications Engineer, that must be enrolled in COPITEC. In GROLL Ingenería we have licensed engineers in our staff to provide the professional services we offer.
